Canoe Trip Coming Up 8-26/27

Posted on Aug 13 2017 - 5:23pm

We will be paddling from Gotham to Boscobel with is about 23 miles on the Wisconsin River about a 10 hours on the water. We will be planning to stay on one of the sandbars ( around 4pm) over night and cooking dinner. While on the sand bar the scouts and adults can fish, swim, or just relax the choices are yours; everyone should plan on sleeping in tents, because the moister on the river will have everything wet by morning. In the morning we will cook breakfast and pack up all the gear, cleanup all trash,  and start heading to Boscobel ( should arrive around 12pm ) to load up, retrieve the other car, and have lunch.
